With over a decade of experience in the property industry, I lead the strategic growth of Afriq Properties across residential and commercial sales, leasing, property management, luxury real estate, and property development. My focus is on creating a high-performance organisation built on integrity, innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional client service.
While my career began in property sales, my role today is centred on leadership—developing people, scaling businesses, forging strategic partnerships, and building systems that create sustainable growth. I believe great real estate companies are built by empowering great people.
I hold the Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) designation. I am also an NHBRC-accredited Home Builder, providing practical expertise in property development and construction compliance.
My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of South Africa (UNISA), together with specialist certifications in Property Investment and Practice from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits University) and Property Development and Investment from the University of Cape Town (UCT).
